I bring my experience as a lawyer, executive and career coach, non-profit executive and consultant, and music board chair to help musicians, arts leaders, and creative professionals achieve creative success. The author of the book, Creative Success Now, I teach 21st Century Arts Leadership at Yale University’s School of Music and provide career coaching to our music students. I recently gave a TEDx talk on Cracking the Code on Creativity: The Secret to Full-Blast Living.


As a coach and trainer, I work with arts leaders at OPERA America, the League of American Orchestras, and Ensemble Connect at Carnegie Hall and I guest lecture widely at other conservatories and music programs.


I currently serve on the boards of OPERA America, Beth Morrison Projects, where I co-head the Nominating Committee and Sō Percussion, and previously served as Board Chair and Board Co-Chair of the American Composers Orchestra.
